True - it does seem to crash when reading your KAB. I can't reproduce it 
in some way, so all I can guess for now is that it's a problem of kabc. 
Try to run kbuildsycoca before running knokiisync - maybe that will help.
This shouldn't affect reading the phone's address book though - did you 
click the left or the right "Read" button?
