#9 Won't run external

Bad title...but, I'm running on PPPoE, through a hub,
all direct connections from my end always work, but for
some reason this program won't access the outside
network (the internet), only stuff on my LAN, so I
can't run this against my domain. :( how can I get it
to work? is this a bug, I'm not quite sure.
