#2 KnitML renders as blank

Opening a KnitML files in Knitter does not render the model. Instead a blank screen is presented, since the pattern has fallen off "the end of the world" due to gravity and the pattern not being pinned down anywhere. Knitter should provide a default way of pinning down patterns that don't explicitly specify the fix() keyword.
