#6 We should explore the possibility of a HTML frontend

I think most of what we are doing is doable using HTML
frames and javascript. Then we could get the usability
benefits without preventing IE from working.

I'd like to make the frontend like a skin, where almost
all the code is common but it either displays it using
XUL or html.
