#35 penguins theme contrast

Hi,

The original penguins theme is superb. Yet I've great problems
distinguishing black and white bishops (especially but the same
holds for almost any figure). I suggest a version of this theme
with enhanced contrast.

I've made one for myself. If it don't infringe the original authors
copyrights you may include it.
