#151 wish: Bughouse held pieces not shown graphically

When playing bughouse on ICS, the held pieces (i.e. that you can drop) are not displayed graphically; the only way to see them is by looking in the console window. It would be nice to have a separate panel or window pop up so you could drag and drop held pieces onto the bughouse board.
