Kreative Studios and Kreative News has moved to http://kreative.thegenix.com It has a cool look and most of the iste should be online in the next few days.

Yes beta 1. has been released sporting many changes and additions.

Kreative News 1.3 will introduce:
- Profiles
- Encrypted user passwords
- Ability to use wysiwyg editor on text areas. Can be turned on or off for specfic fields.
- Added ability to remain logged in using cookies

And a few other things and the usual bug fixes and enhancments.

I am looking for someone who can help me with creating a dynamicly updated rdf/rss file from items submitted via the news script.

Yes beta 1.2 is out and this seems to be a stable release. The BBCode bug has been fixed and the readme has been updated with a list of allowable tags that can be used in the news. News authorization has been simplified and looks similiar to other parts of the script. The ability in include header and footer templates to other parts of your site has also been implemented. See the read me.

Well here are small details i have decided to release on the next upcoming release public beta 1.2.
- Online editing of BBCode disabled (this cause the major bug recently discovered).
- Ability to use header and footer templates in orther php files by inclusion.
- More bug fixes.
- Remember if you want a feature request it using the feature request feature.

It is highly encouraged that you turn off BBCode in site settings doing so will prevent errors when submitting and viewing news. I will release a new version when this is fixed.

Yes another version has been released that should fix a lot of current bugs and adds a lot of new things to the script (Read the changelog for more detailed overview). In order to use this version a complete reinstall in needed.

Yes thats right the public beta version of Kreative News has been released featuring a few bug fixes, small code improvments and a much more deeper readme file with a lot more info on the script well worth a read.

I have just uploaded a new package over the other one that includes a basic readme and some small updates in a few .php files. Remember i am always looking for bugs and feature requests so feel free to use those features as uumm featured here :)

I have decided to release an early beta of the powerful news system Kreative News in order to find any current bugs and features people would like to see included. Currently i have not had a chance to include a readme or documentation they will be included in the next release.

Quick guide to installing:

1. Edit config.php
2. Open install.phh in your browers and follow the prompts.
3. Log in to the admin CP and edit the settings part.
4. Edit the templates to your liking.
The script should now work. (Note: I have scraped the idea of including the news. Now just paste your page header and footer in the right templaes and all will be cool.)
