#1 updatting an index

Hi;
What are the settings that I should do in order for the
index do be updated.
Each time I click on Update, I get an error emssage for
each of the items changed (Kneobase recognizes the
number of items updated but can not seem to update
their index entry in its index.)
Also, how can I add new entries to the index without
having to re-index all over again. (files have been
added to root directory, but not to index of
kneobase... or records that have been added to table
but are not reflected in index...)

hello... check the file fs-contents.xml file and configure the Robot Scheduling section to setup a rule for indexing automatically.
