#3 reports: include fees in performance

I would prefer to calculate investment performance
including fees. That would mean to add the fees to
"Buys" in the performance report and to subtract them
from "Sells". This way the numbers would match the cash
flow.

The attached patch changes the investment performance
report as described.

Comment from Ace Jones on the developer list:
"I don"t think I would want to do this as the default.
It would be a good configurable option. However, we
can"t add any new configuration options until 0.8 is
released.

Feel free to submit the patch on sf.net so others could
use it if they felt inclined in the meantime."

    Peter, are you still interested in adding this to KMyMoney?
    Could you reimplement it for CVS Head? It has changed so much that this patch no longer applies.

    If you do, I will add the setting to enable/disable the feature.
