Announcment of the second alpha-release 0.66.

Most crutial functionality available:
- showing the list of leaks
- automatic marking of the leaks in the source code
- add and delete suppressions, read and store them from resp. store
  them to kde.excludes
- show or hide suppressed leaks

Still missing:
- proper docbook online documentation
- context sensitive help
- extensive beta test (scheduled for February 2003)

This is the last release before the first release candidate of verison 1.=
