#14 Queueing chat requests

I'd like to see a feature similar to Gabber, where a
blinking "someone is sending you a message" icon
appears when someone sends you a message rather
than the window automatically appearing and being set
as the focus window.

A setting in the "settings" dialog box for this option (radio
box) would be great.
