#42 link are shorted

Hello

when I'm creating a kml file from csv using (space char) in description an error occur

for example

<description><![CDATA[http://localhost:8080//Avurnavs\Arretes Classés\Bouches-du-Rhone\Calanques de Morgiou\672-2013-158.pdf]]></description>

look at the attached files all the links are wrong the link is shorted a http://localhost:8080//Avurnavs\Arretes and the second part as Classés\Bouches-du-Rhone\Calanques de Morgiou\672-2013-158.pdf bis not included in the link
