#6 Layout field should be set to value of layout field of kmn file

The kmn file has a layout field (http://help.keymandeveloper.com/docs/reference_layout.php). Although that is ignored by newer versions of keyman it is still there. It would be beneficial to store its value as the value of the layout field in IBusEngineDesc. That way it would be possible to create a kmn/kmfl keyboard that works with a non-US keyboard (and would allow applications to activate the expected keyboard layout for this keyman keyboard).
