#4 License field of generated ibus keyboard hardcoded to GPL

The license field of IBusEngineDesc gets always set to GPL regardless of any other license mentioned in the kmn file (e.g. IPAUni-1.3.kmn has a X11 license).

The keyman spec doesn't have a specific field for the license, but the documentation for the message field (http://help.keymandeveloper.com/docs/reference_message.php) says that it can be used to display license information. One solution would be to always put the message in the license field if there is a message, or to put the message in the license field if it contains "license".
