When the message notification pops up, it usually
displays the entire name of the user that sent it.
This is usually desirable, except in the case where the
user has an exceptionally long name. When this occurs,
the actual message isn't even seen, as it spills over
the side of the 'screen'.

I would like to request that the user name be
restricted to around fifteen or twenty characters, in
the interests of UI visibility.
