K-mer Tools,
I believe there could be a bug in the code for ATAC makeplot.pl script.
First, reflength totals all bp in assembly. The script is written to include fasta headers beginning with “>”. A regular expression was added to remove headers from reflength total.
Attached is screen print to support the edit.
