Kmenc15 v0.03 Released

I finally completed version 0.03. It mostly looks the same from outside, and same features, but encoding multiple files is now A LOT faster, due to some better features I found in MPlayer/MEncoder and a helper prog I made to server as a middle step between the two. I also rewrote most of the code to make it more modular, so if you find any bugs, please e-mail me at kmenc15@gmail.com .
