[Kmatplot-general] Cann't open kmatplot !

I am new to kmatplot. I have installed kmatplot 0.4-77 in my Redhat 8.0 o=

Octave and scilab are also installed. I cannot open it. Can anybody tell =
me=20
how to open it ?
