[Kmatplot-general] patch for mandrake 9.0

Please, I need your help. I can not compile kmatplot
0.4 under mandrake 9.0. I have the same problem:

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 2.2.2)
(libraries) not found. Please check your installation!

I read the list and found that there is a patch. Could
somebody send me such file?.
