[Kmatplot-general] Where to get patch for gcc-2.95.3 for building?

I have a described error with 
kmatplot/widgets/qscontour.h: 
qscontour.o(.text+0x1b31): undefined reference to
`QSContour::find_level_greater_than(double)'
