[Kmatplot-general] inline functions

yeah, it is a bug in the c compiler, i needed to edit
kmatplot/widgets/qscontour.cpp
kmatplot/widgets/qscontour.h
to remove inline from the declarations. if anyone wants to build with
gcc-2.95.3, here is the patch attached.
