[Kmatplot-general] inline functions

hi there, Timothy Harris mentioned that you need to remove some of the
inline functiosn in header and c files for to get kmatplot to compile on
gcc-2.95.3... i have another workaround which i am currently testing...
do
export CXXFLAGS='-O2 -finline-functions'
before the configure script....and liek i said, i will report back if
this is in error..
