Compas plasmoid. project activation on kde4 base.

I have looked at new plasma interface and got some ideas.

Using GPSD daemon you can get nice plasma applet with compas now. And with speedometer and teratrip soon. This is 0.2 version of plasmoid. It is functional. GPSD must be started on the current box (http://gpsd.berlios.de/). While it is beta version, I do not build any packages .

Applet has bug, known in all staring plasmoids: to get colored arm you need to resize it.

$mkdir build
$cd build
$cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr
