KLearnNotes2 1.0 patchlevel 2 released

Major changes from 1.0-1: * corrected floor() conflicts [klearnnotes2 should now compile on e.g. Mandrake 9.1 (reported by Allan Mitch: thnx!)] * corrected speed display [your speed is displayed correctly form the very beginning of a test now] * added volume control [and volume levels are saved and restored when KLN2 is run next time] * lots of corrections in docs.

Starting from this release I will supply rpm binaries both for new systems and old RedHat 7.3.
