I have this program in my sony clie:

I guess that you can check it with a palm os emulator

You can see fret in a menu, pre defined instruments
like mandolin, fender 5 string mandocaster, ukelele,
charango 7 string guitar, 7 string bass and 10 - 12
string stick!!

Also have tunnings like open G, hendrix etc.

I have now fedora core 3 and I will try to compile the
