Changing language in application menu has no effect. Looks like changing the language via 'Language:' dropdown menu has no effect - I set language to Czech (čeština - cs) and nothing changes. Locale env. variable is however respected.
The 'Language' dropdown menu doesn't change the interface messages, it only selects the default words and paragraphs to use in modules 3 and 4: "Velocity" and "Fluidity".
