#10 Add AdNW keyboard layout

This patches the AdNW (Aus der Neo-Welt) keyboard layout. The layout is a variant of the Neo keyboard layout and was designed as a combined layout for German and English. So this patches adds AdNW to both both German and English.

The Neo layout reference specifies that the key T2 should be MODIFIER LETTER GRAVE ACCENT (U+02CB) and that T3 should be MODIFIER LETTER ACUTE ACCENT (U+02CA) on layer 1 but the specification contradictorily contains GRAVE ACCENT (U+0060) and ACUTE ACCENT (U+00B4). I'm going to clarify this with the authors of the specification and will provide a separate patch for the NEO and AdNW layout if necessary.
