Currently:
1) The Arabic text in "2- Adaptability" and "3- Speed" are randomly generated and are dificult to follow.
2) It is not possible to select a text in "2- Adaptability".
Recommended:
Common / Comprehensable Arabic texts are easier to follow.
Preselected comprehensible texts will be more benefitial. The texts should be neither religious nor political in nature (i.e. not from Quran, Bible, or political texts).
Somthing from Kahlil Gibran is suitable:

A famous book "The prophet":

Diff:
1) That's the way it works.
2) I didn't understand the need for selecting text. The idea is to use random characters from the keyboard, to practice all the fingers in all positions.
Comprehensible texts are used in module 4-Fluidity, feel free to create a text file with 25 paragraphs from the indicated sources, I'll be pleased to substitute it, ok?
I'm going to substitude the ar.paragraphs with some quotes, see release 3.03.
