Yes, I just saw this on the package for Windows. I think it depends on the installed version of GTK3. For me such a "Close" button simply doesn't appear there.
I have fixed it in the SVN repo, just wait a bit for the new release, ok?

It should be working now. On Windows, there are two "close" buttons, but both of them work as expected...
