WATT is still underconstruction . A serious problem with some of my programming was resolved in 10/2014. Currently the redevelopment of this software idea is underway.

back in 2007, or earlier as far as I can recall, I was using a old compiler , "Borland Turbo C++ for MS-DOS 3.0" and it would not allow me to access or use more memory for my program even through its "far" functions. It seems that the compiler was not compatible with newer motherboard hardware that I was using (a pentium 2 with 386 MB of physical RAM)
- my Windows 95 system. So, I had to save my entire program and import it to DJGPP. So under this compiler version Ive been able to access more memory and started redesigning my
program. The reason I am developing it on that machine is that MS-DOS was discontinued by Microsoft, after their Windows 98 version. The replacement was a program called, Command Prompt, an emulator.
