Add an autocompletion in the search field "à la" Google suggest.
For you :)
This will be relatively easy to do and this can done directly with the zimlib.
So we do not need any additional list in sqlite or in the search engine DB to do that.
In fact, the url are sort alphabetically in the ZIM file itself, so its easy to implement the complation.
In the next months this feature will also be possible with title... and in fact that is what we need.
I will do that in Kiwix as soon as this will be implemented in the zimlib (begin 2010).
A first version of this feature is implemented in the SVN trunk. It works natively (does not need to index the file and ask the search engine index) with every ZIM (with the new (currently dev) format. It works against a title list and is case sensitive (and accent sensitive). In the future we can improve the suggestions by integrating results coming from the search engine index.
