#105 Option to save/load index information differently

At some place the user should get the option to save Indexing info inside the program's working folder, or at a custom location for easy retrieval later. On some windows systems like mine (win7), I am unable to access this indexing data, it doesn't let me enter the application data etc folders in user profile folder.
When the ZIM file is loaded and Kiwix cannot find any index already created, a popup asks if we want to run indexing process - yes or no. In that popup, there should be a third "browse" option so that we can pinpoint the location of the index (idx) folder on our system. This way we can get around the tedious process which may not work on some slower computers.
