I've downloaded a torrent file that contains a pre-indexed ZIM file and the Kiwix binaries for Windows and Linux (kiwix-0.9-rc2+wikipedia_es_all_11_2013.zip). On my computers running Ubuntu I had already installed Kiwix and a ZIM file (wikipedia_es_all_03_2012.zim) a few months ago.

I want to open the ZIM files I've just downloaded in order to replace the ZIM file I already have on the computers but when I extracted the zip file (kiwix-0.9-rc2+wikipedia_es_all_11_2013.zip) and looked for the ZIM file I noticed that there is no a single ZIM file, but 8 files with the extensions .zima, .zimb, .zimc, .zimd, .zime, .zimf, .zimg, and .zimh.

How can I use those files on my installed Kiwix? Please, can anyone help me? Because I spent about 54 hours to download it and I can't download the single ZIM file beacause I don't have an Internet connection at my home. Thank you very much in advance.

I would remove the old instance of Kiwix and use/install the new one. Is that possible?
