Version 1.4 released

Version 1.4 has been released. It contains two new major features:
- warning colors: when a species is selected, the squares change their colors to warn if it's a good or bad place to place it
- garden statistics: you may see informations about the species you used; you may also compare to garden plans to see which has more good hints using this window

A bug with great impact is solved now: some gardens failed to open.

Other features:
- improved installer: run application after installer finish, associate kga file to open with kitchen garden
- keep scrollbar touched to end when garden is extended
- sort species in advantageous and disadvantageous rules panel
- fix bug when adding new year
- fix bug when opening a kga file in old format
- when program starts, open last opened garden
- store last path when saving or loading garden
