Bugfix-Release 0.13.1 is out ...

Simple bugfix release. The version 0.13 was not able to open and save encrypted files if the encryption library was not installed globally.

The new version comes with some bug-fixes and some nice new features:

- new BankAccount added. Provides the ability to keep track of
Transaction Numbers (TAN) for homebanking purposes.
- starting URLs from NetworkAccounts with an arbitrary application.
- button for copying a password into the clipboard directly added.
- last recently used file menu added.
- nice Look & Feel (kunststoff-theme) added.
