We suggest to replace the term "Logical Model Simulation Model", because “Discrete Event Simulation algorithm” is more generic, and it refers to the actual type of simulation rather than to the characteristic of the model.

altLabel:
DES

Definition:
Discrete Event Simulation algorithm refers to the simulation of systems whose (countable) discrete states change over time and are event-driven.

Those are different. Logic modelling refers to the way the values of variables is computed: using logical function instead of numerical computations. The fact that time is discretised is something else. I think logic modelling and discrete events are different fields, and actually different communities. And the community of logic modelling (i.e. colomoto etc.) want those terms.

However, I think this entire part of KiSAO should be improved. And DES should of course be there too.

I have added a term for "Discrete Event Simulation Algorithm" in version 2.3.11
