I've convert to using scons to build the python module and dlls. The make files have been removed and are no longer used. The C++ lib is still built using vc6.

I've added a visual studio workspace to build the
c++ only version of this library. I'm not going to
provided binaries for it yet.

I've updated the documentation as well to include
the C++ code. The file is still in structured text
format.

I've release for both python21 and python22 this
time. I've also updated the documentation. The C++
library and documentation should be in release 0-8-2.

The locking for both the mouse and keyboard has
been tested on the followin win32 operating systems:
win98, win95 OSR2, winNT4 sp5 & win2K. I haven't
tested it on winMe and winXP yet as I don't have
access to these operating systems yet.

I have yet to produce the standalone C++ lib yet
however this will come in the next release.

I should have the first release up this evening (~7pm
