#45 Drag element which already exists

I drag an element from the desktop to a free cell. Unfortunately, this
element already exists on an other cell in the same tab. I get a
dialog and choose 'Cancel'. The element gets not created on the disc
- cool.

But it gets created as an element in the chosen/first free cell and is
working, and it disappears after a restart.

Seems that the cell contains the element in the RAM even I have
chosen 'Cancel'.
