I tried to login with the IGB and it creates the password and what not, but when I log in with it I get "Fatal Error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatfromjpg() in /var/www/killboard/htdocs/igb.php on line 164"

oh and i have set people and corp to 777 chmod wise.

Your hosting provider has disabled image libraries, or you are running an outdated version of PHP.
This is not a bug.
