Error viewing IGB, external is fine!

Hey there as you can gather from the title i'm having trouble viewing the in-game version of the killboard as well as my corp mates! I get the following error message and woner if you could offer any advise as to overcome it.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/www/chrbat7.100webspace.net/igb.php:9) in
/home/www/chrbat7.100webspace.net/igb.php on line 15

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

I'm having the same error but also getting it out of game :
