no, there are the right kdelibs installed. On Debian woody, the kdelibs for
KDE 2.2.2 are called kdelibs3 and for KDE 3.1.x they are called kdelibs4.
But I wonder why I can not install libqt3-dev (that is QT3.x) and have to
install libqt3-mt-dev... and why kile does not compile against libqt3-mt (at
least there are header files, which dont seem to be available in
libqt3-mt-dev...)? Perhaps I should try to deinstall libqt3-mt and install libqt3 (without
mt), if that is possible...

No, that solution is not so easy :-/. The package is for Debian sid /
unstable, and I don't really want to upgrade my whole system to an unstable
version, unless it is quite necessary...
