I was trying to load 'kile-1.9.2' in my linux machine.
I am using 'fedora core-4'. While loading it gives an error massage 'this
particular compiler version is black listed because it is known to mis-compile
Please suggest what to do ?
Should I use a another version of 'kile' or whats wrong ? Actually this is my
first attempt to load 'kile'.

But of course you can do nothing about that.
You can try to reverse the patch from
This included the blacklist gcc patch. Of course some knowledge of the
automake stuff is needed.
Another way would be to find out what patches fedora applies to compile KDE
and apply them yourself.
But be aware that this warning is on purpose, we already had one bug in kile
due to strange QT/KDE error.
Hope this helps
