Do you mean the "Files and Projects" tab in the side bar? In the structure
side bar inclusions appear in the same order as they are mentioned in the file.

But currently, there are no plans to do something about that although it
doesn't seem like a lot of work. Could you maybe file this as a feature wish in
the bug tracker (unless it's mentioned already)?
