    Hi,

    Is there a script or tool that enables the compilation of a file using
    multibib? If the file contains:

    \usepackage{multibib}

    \newcites{book,misc}{{Books},{Others}}

    ...

    it needs to run:

    pdflatex myfile

    bibtex book

    bibtex misc

    pdflatex myfile

    Thanks,

    Bruno

    It needs something like

    Hi

    You could define our own toolchain for this: Settings->Configure Kile ... ->
    Build

    with bibtex?

    Hi

    I have not used multibib package, from your first post it seems that you need
    to run several programs in some order. If you need to select some files for
    processing, maybe a script (or a Makefile) would help.

    Hi,

    I could eventually provide a script. But I don't know how to call it. When
    "standard" bibtex is needed, Kile calls it automatically. I wonder if the
    functionality could be extended to this more complex case.

    Have you tried to define a customized build tool? Instead of calling bibtex
    for example you could provide your script.
