#93 Resizable "Edit World" Windows

When dealing with limited screen space, the "Edit World" windows tend to go out of bounds. This mostly happens to me on my netbook which has a screen space of 1024x600.
These windows are currently not resizable, nor do they detect the available screen space and limit themselves to the available screen space.
A future release could benefit from resizable windows and/or a system to detect available screen space to prevent windows from going out of bounds.
