#19 Doesn't save alternate keyboard setting/Mac OS 10.5.4

Running under Mac OS X 10.5.4 Leopard, alternate keyboard controls are not saved. (Control for Jump does not work well with Spaces, i.e. ctrl-cursor keys shifts to a separate space. MacBook does not have separate Home or Page keys etc.)

Manually editing the .cfg-file is not recognized.
