#18 kift can't see what version of Qt i have

when i run ./configure, kift finds all its bits and
seems to be happily configuring until it checks the
version of Qt installed and it fails, telling me it
needs Qt 2.2.2 or above; i have Qt 3, and i verified
that all of its libraries etc are there. mandrake 9.0,
KDE 3, intel celeron (i686)
