#31 check update + restore windows
Hello,
I added the "Check for update" feature.
With this feature user will know if there is an update for BASIC-256 / BASIC-256 Portable.
In this way, users will be up to date and they will be in permanent touch with their favorite application.
With this feature even we can launch more often officials versions, without the stress to launch the perfect one.
I also added an option in preferences to make an automatically check for update when user start BASIC-256.
By default this feature is on, but it will be active only in GUISTATENORMAL mode (not in run/application mode).
Minor change:
Change SETTINGSMAINRESTORE meaning from "restore layout and geometry to default on next load" to "Restore last windows position on start"
Change Settings values to reflect the correct meaning:
SETTINGSMAINRESTORE("Main/Restore") = SETTINGSWINDOWSRESTORE("Startup/Restore")
SETTINGSMAINRESTOREDEFAULT = SETTINGSWINDOWSRESTOREDEFAULT
