I'm happy with UTF8 strings we have grasped the full understanding:)
And now do not need to make any patches for this.

Yes, good question. I changed a few files in the / docs on the site
but these changes I saw. I could support the Russian section of the site.

And there is another important issue. I think you need to restore the
file /trunc/ChangeLog. The last entry there refers to the version
0.9.3o and now we have version 0.9.6a
