#5 Remove old ogg file when filename and tags are changed

Applies to kid3 0.6

The old ogg file is not removed when the filename and
tags are changed.

Bug reproduction:
Change both the filename and the tags of an Ogg file,
then save the file. There should only be a file with
the new name and the new tags, but the old file still
exists.

The attached patch fixes the bug.
